IMPORTANT SIGNUP NOTES:
•Please make sure you use a REAL, WORKING e-mail address to sign up, as we will need to send you your activation link to activate your account at Nanolive.
•If you're using a Yahoo!, Hotmail or AOL E-mail address, please MAKE SURE YOU'VE ACTIVATED YOUR E-MAIL ACCOUNT AND THAT IT IS NOT FULL OR DISABLED/DISCONTINUED. Otherwise, the activation e-mails will just bounce back to us. Also check your JUNK/ BULK mail folder.
•After filling out the signup form, it may take anywhere from a few seconds to a few minutes before the activation code is received. Check your e-mail's Spam or Bulk folder in case it may have been misfiled. To ensure you get all important e-mails and notifications from us, please be sure to add the domain "http://community.nanolive.com" to your e-mail filter's white list or safe list. If you still don't receive an activation code from us, wait 24 hours as we activate accounts daily manually, also.
•If you still have not received your activation code after a few hours, drop us e-mail at info@nanolive.com with the subject line "PLEASE ACTIVATE" and we will activate your account manually for you. Be sure to include the username and/or the e-mail address you used to sign up with us so we can properly locate your account in our system.
•You don't have to worry about Spam coming from us. We hate receiving Spam mail ourselves, so we don't do any of that stuff either.
